Impact Of Skills Centers in Washington

Students that engage in career and technical education programs, both at their home high schools and at the skills center are more likely to graduate high school. Not only do students graduate at a higher rate than non-completes, they are more prepared for career and college.

When a student attends a skills center program, they not only engage in hands-on, academic and technical programming, they learn employment readiness skills, college preparedness, and leadership skills.
