In late May, two ceremonies were held for students in the Criminal Justice and Health Science Careers Program.

The Criminal Justice Ceremony, hosted by instructor Sergeant Todd Smith, featured guest speaker Chief Criminal Deputy Richard Schram from the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Department. Class Presidents were also recognized: Ricky Lozano (AM class) and Parker Hodges (PM class). Jesse Sheldon (AM) and Luke Triebwasser (PM) received Patrol Partner awards. Shakthi Amarasinghe (AM), Peyton Badertscher (PM), and Kenadie Schreindl (PM) were all voted Most Inspirational.

The Pre-Nursing Pinning Ceremony, hosted by instructor Sandy Thomas R.N. was equally well attended and filmed by Careers in Media and Entertainment students. Students Kendra Hernandez, Brooke Foertsch, Edgar Martinez Osorio, Paighton Webber, and Amiria Weissenfels Cross each shared about their experiences at SEATech and their plans for the future.
