CBTECH students represented us exceptionally well at the 2025 SkillsUSA State competition held on the West side a few weeks ago. We are incredibly proud of the following students who were invited to compete at the State Competition:
Marcus Peterson, Roan Prentice, Zander Leasher, Ceri Perkins, Grason Padilla, Jocelynne Bong, Karson Kowallis, Katelyn Fretwell, Kora Preston, Mikayla Friedbauer, Monique Martinez, Tobias Smith, Tyler Jolley, Anais Ayala, David Couture, Dehlila Diaz, Ethan Ogle, Isai Gutierrez, Mylee Dana, Brooke Dana, Adan Moreno, Emmanuel Zepeda-Lopez, Jerzey Nuetzhorn, and Lillyanne Kappel-Baker.
Students competed from our Culinary Arts, Welding, Criminal Justice, Fire Fighting, and Auto Tech programs—with many placing in their respective fields!

Our Fire Fighting students swept all three top spots in the First Aid category—an amazing accomplishment!
We are so proud of all our participants and can’t wait to cheer on those who will go on to represent CBTECH at Nationals this summer. Go team!
